✅ Why do I need to fill out this form?
This form helps us standardize and track all opportunity submissions to the IHSAAN Job Board. By submitting using this form, you’re ensuring:
- ✔️ The opportunity is properly formatted and reviewed
- 🔍 It's easy for students to browse, filter, and find
- 📬 You get notified when we publish or follow up
Even if you’ve already messaged someone on the team, please still submit through this form so we can ensure consistency and record-keeping.
📎 Should I attach a job description (JD)?
You should attach a JD if:
- The opportunity is already public or official
- You’ve been sent a PDF or external job pack
- You want us to reuse the company’s own wording
You don’t need to attach a JD if:
- You’re writing the details directly in the form (e.g. Responsibilities, Requirements)
- The opportunity is informal (e.g. a fellowship, internal role, or email-to-apply link)
💡 If in doubt, it's always better to include a JD — but not required if you complete all the descriptive fields in the form.
